I think the best modpacks (that don't lag the game more than supposed to) right now are 4-5GBs. Mine is I think 4.2, since I have a crap ton of mods. Although you should make one yourself.I would say you can use Nairo's September pack as a basis but I heard he took it down cuz the creator of one of the mods complained about it being in his modpack (which is fucking retarded since that person is basically asking no one to download it).tl;dr make your own, it may be long but it is easy and well worth it.
