Brendoge rates this game: 5/5. Banjo Kazooie is a console defining game, it is a rare achievment, when a game is fuelled by core adventure gaming at its best, high contrast colorful visuals, hilarious argument/toilet humor and great personalities in the characters they portray.
Few games have been more thoroughly deconstructed than Mario 64, the classic Nintendo 64 title that brought the platforming genre into the third dimension. Between modders and speedrunners, it seems like there's very little left to be discovered.Or so we thought.A team of modders including Trenavix, Waschpenner, and Shyguyhex have combined arguably the two greatest platformers of the N64 era into one utterly insane mash up. By dropping our iconic italian jump-master into the world of Banjo-Kazooie, they have created a surprisingly seamless combination of these two great games.It’s more than just a palette swap.
