After upgrading to Windows 10 with some minor setbacks such as blue screens and hardware issues, File Explorer has decided to no longer work, every time I open File Explorer from the Taskbar or from Start my computer freezes for about 15-30 seconds.During this time I am able to move the mouse with the busy blue circle but I can’t open any applications. After the 15-30 seconds Explorer will restart and the same problem would reoccur. I have tried restarting, sfc /scannow. Booting in safe mode, windowstroubleshooting and diagnostic mode thingy. I’m happy to post specs if need be. Please help because this is a pain in a back side.
